Esto es para las que se quejan de las hojas de patrones del Burda:

Por favor, me he pasado una media hora para calcar la espalda de este vestido. Más guays todavía, pequeños detalles como pinzas o marcas de costura están presentes, sí, pero sin número. Es decir, que a ojo tienes que adivinar más o menos por dónde caería la pinza y ver si por casualidad hay una dibujada. Chachi.

Ah, otra cosa, las tallas están a lo loco. La 36 que he sacado corresponde con la 10 de los patrones, es decir, a una 40 española. He hecho las reducciones correspondientes, cruzo los dedos.

Como decía Mónica, efectivamente en España se comercializa como Moda de Pasarela, y se edita en otros países con diferentes nombres. Al parecer sale 2 veces al año.

Esta revista nunca, nunca, va a sustituir al Burda, pero oye, podía ser peor (ejem*Patrones*ejem). No me la voy a comprar siempre, pero sí ocasionalmente si algún patrón lo merece.

For those of you complaining of Burda’s pattern sheets:

Nightmare! I’ve spend half an hour just to trace the back piece of this dress. Even better, little details like, say, darts or markings, are somewhere there, they’re just not numbered. So if you think that there should be a dart somewhere, just eyeball it and probably it’s hidden there. Cool.

Size’s are all crazy. I’ve traced the smallest, a 36, but that’s a pattern 10. So for a real RTW 36 I’ve grade it one size down. Let’s see how all that goes, I don’t grade patterns often.

So yes, it’s published around Europe under different names, probably in Eastern Europe as well. Apparently it's published twice a year.

This magazine will never, ever be a substitute for Burda, but it could be worse (cough*Patrones*cough). I’ll buy it occasionally, if a certain pattern is interesting or in the Simplicity wish list.

Oh, by the way, the company holding the Burda license in Spain has gone bust, so Spanish sewers are missing their issues as we speak. Hopefully this is temporal!
